**Job Overview**:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one **Inventory Controller** to join our Valued Clients team at a project site in **Marathon, ON**. This is a **full-time** position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are verified and documented correctly.
- Liaise with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to reconcile discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock status.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proficient with inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
- Certification in inventory control or materials management.
- Familiarity with **mining project logistics**.
**Work Environment**:
- Industrial work site with warehouse and outdoor yard responsibilities.
- May require the use of forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided).
- PPE required.
