CEFA South Trail Crossing is seeking a dedicated **Junior Kindergarten Vice Principal** to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the education and development of young children.

**Responsibilities**

As the Junior Kindergarten Vice Principal, you will:

- Provide strong leadership and support to the teaching team to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and classroom practices in accordance with CEFA standards.
- Assist in staff onboarding, training, and professional development.
- Support teachers in managing classroom dynamics and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
- Work closely with the Principal to manage daily operations, including scheduling and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain open communication with families, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Ensure the school meets all licensing requirements and upholds health and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Early Childhood Educator Level 3 Certificate** (mandatory).
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators.
- Knowledge of Alberta licensing regulations and standards.
- First Aid and CPR certification (current).
- Police Clearance with a Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last six months).

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
