Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling when appropriate
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in upselling or sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
