We are hiring for a **Marketing Process Redesign Specialist **We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical business process improvement specialist to join our growing marketing team. Your expertise in business transformation initiatives will play a vital role in enhancing our marketing operations and achieving our strategic goals. As a Marketing Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, transparency, and adherence to best practices across global and regional organizations. You’ll lead exciting projects to decrease our time to market, improve quality and delivery of work products and transform team effectiveness.
- Process Evaluation: Analyze current marketing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Documentation: Document new and existing marketing processes and develop clear, step-by-step procedures for marketing tasks and campaigns
- Standardization: Standardize marketing processes and supporting templates to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines across all marketing channels
- Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing tasks, reduce manual efforts, and increase productivity
- Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing automation solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing processes or productivity and suggest enhancements
- Governance: Host meetings to monitor and enhance progress of each initiative
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure marketing processes align with industry best practices
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
- Training: Train marketing team members on optimized processes and ensure they have the tools and resources needed for success
- Implement project management to oversee new processes to support adoption and benefits realization
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and refine marketing processes to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends
- Change management: Facilitate and manage change management and communication activities to ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption of process improvements

**What you will bring to the team**:

- 3-5 years proven experience in delivering moderate to large scale process design and efficiency initiatives for global organizations
- 10+ years overall experience in operations, consulting, marketing, business, engineering, project management or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve complex processes
- Excellent documentation skills to create clear process documentation and templates to assist with assessment, decision making, status tracking and implementation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, multiple levels of management and adapt to changing requirements
- Project management skills to oversee process improvements from conception to implementation
- Excellent and concise communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade different audiences of the necessity of the change and new solution
- Ability to net out the important ‘so what’ and critical areas to change without getting bogged down in less important detail
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience with project or workflow management and marketing automation systems (examples include Monday, Airtable, Sitecore, Jira) as well as Microsoft Office tools incl
