We’re looking for a **highly skilled Real Estate Administrative Assistant** to join our team

**Requirements (please read carefully - only applicants who meet these will be considered)**:

- **Minimum** **3 years of proven experience** **as a** **Real Estate Admin/Assistant**:

- Must be **bilingual (English & French)**:

- Available to work **from our office, Monday-Friday**:

- **On-call availability Saturdays**:

- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel as needed

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our property management software.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on property listings.
- Support negotiation processes by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between parties.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
