**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to join our team in the food processing industry. The Line Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing production activities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor team members on proper procedures for food processing, packaging, and sanitation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that may arise during production.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational challenges.

**Qualifications**
- Previous 1-2 year's of experience in a leadership role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
