As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and expand our reach in the GTA market.
**The Opportunity**
This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and working closely with customers to deliver value. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones, serving as a trusted advisor to kitchen designers and cabinet manufacturers. Your ability to understand customer needs, communicate our unique value, and collaborate with our internal teams will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing accounts within the GTA market.
- Grow sales in traditional market segments ( kitchen designers, cabinet manufacturers, and resellers ) and pursue new, non traditional market segments
- Build long-term, consultative relationships based on trust, value, and mutual business growth.
- Present product solutions that help clients improve their offering, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent & identify new opportunities for the Varcroft & Bianco brands by attending industry events and trade shows.
- Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the operations, production, and management teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline opportunities, and account plans in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally selling into small to mid-sized organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets by acquiring new customers and developing new market segments.
- The ability to sell both the tangible and conceptual value of the products - from physical components to improved workflows, efficiency, and end-client outcomes.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong territory planning and time management skills.
- Consultative selling approach with strong problem-solving and solution-building skills.
- Ability to build rapport across multiple levels of customer organizations — from owners to operations to designers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience selling building materials, kitchen products, cabinetry, or related industries is a strong asset.
