Solar Sales Appointment Setter

Compensation:
Our average sales representatives are earning between $100,000 - $200,000 annually, our top representatives are earning over $250,000 annually.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor or an entry level individual with zero sales experience to join our team. As an Appoint you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outside/remote sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Fluent in English to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies for expanding market reach.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer records.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Business development acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
