**About the Role**:
Bulldog Storage is seeking a **positive, motivated, and professional Live-In On-Site Manager** for our **Southeast Edmonton** location. This is an excellent opportunity for a **self-starter with a strong customer service background** who thrives in an independent but team-oriented environment.

As Site Manager, you’ll be the face of Bulldog Storage East ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our customers, and maintaining a secure, well-run facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is **comfortable living on site** and enjoys creating a welcoming and well-managed environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** friendly, helpful, and solution-focused
- Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and security
- Perform customer service duties including rentals, payments, and inquiries professionally
- Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks (e.g., weekly occupancy reports)
- Train and supervise any on-site staff
- Support in marketing and promotion of available units
- Attend occasional management meetings at head office
- Report maintenance needs or security issues promptly
- Ensure software systems (e.g., “Space Control”) are used effectively

**Requirements**:

- **Live-in availability** (accommodation provided on site)
- **Positive, upbeat personality** with a can-do attitude
- A **team player** who communicates well and supports a strong company culture
- **Motivated and self-directed**, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- **Strong customer service background** with problem-solving skills
- Must be **bondable** (able to pass a background check)
- **Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle** required
- Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems)
- Comfortable with light maintenance and property inspections
- Previous experience in storage or property management is a plus
