**Position Summary**: The legal intern will support our legal team by assisting with research, document preparation, compliance reviews and other legal tasks related to the industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned legal professionals, gaining insights into legal and regulatory requirements within the asset management industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents such as contracts, corporate resolutions and non-disclosure agreements.
- Conduct legal research in securities laws and regulations and corporate law.
- Organize and maintain legal files and records.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a law degree (J.D.) from a recognized university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
