ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

**Position Summary**
The Sales Project Manager at Menasha Packaging is responsible for the management and development of our customer’s point-of-purchase displays and promotional packaging programs while maintaining exceptional customer relationships by providing effective and efficient service and process expertise.**Essential to this Position**
- Comfortable with Project Management software and entering data for all projects
- Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty
- Strength in leading/influencing cross functional team members to completion of projects
- Knowledge of project management skills to identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity
- Familiarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions
- Above average Excel skills with the ability to develop complex pivot tables
- Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer
- Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed

- Graphic, structural and retail knowledge desired
- Strong Client and customer service orientation with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across a vast network of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Skilled at managing multiple and conflicting priorities, having tough conversations and holding others accountable
- Resourceful with positive, proactive problem solving skills
- Proficient with all MS Office software
- Overall passion for quality and intolerance for the status quo
- Foster a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to the future of the business.
- Self-directed, strong work ethic, positive disposition and a “can do” attitude
