We're in search of an additional Sales Manager to join our growing sales department

**Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager**

**Location: Brant County Ford**

We have our own body shop and our own detailing shop. We love for our customers to feel right at home, no matter the reason they have come in to see us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share, customer retention, and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manufacturer to ensure optimal vehicle availability.
- Ensure sales processes, customer engagement, and brand standards align with Brant County Ford requirements.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, customer handling skills, and closing techniques.
- Oversee CRM usage, lead management, and timely follow-up processes to maximize opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local advertising, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance the buying experience.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, inventory, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to drive team performance.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and manufacturer programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- Valid OMVIC license and clean driving record.

**Compensation**:

- Annual Salary
- Commission

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position
- Fridays and Saturdays open till 5pm
- Closed on Sundays
