**Job Summary**

IN PERSON Position with Opportunity for some WFH/Outside the office work.

**Duties**
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer support.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Operate our phone line when at the office.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials.
- Utilize Canva, Outlook and have basic knowledge of CRM input & tracking.
- Have a knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other Social Media Platforms & basic knowledge of how adds on these platforms work.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Outlook, Canva & CRM Software (doesn't have to be specific)
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
- Reliability & Trust will be very important for this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
