**SCOPE**
- Customer service: using professional communication with Customer, Suppliers, Co-workers and Management to ensure all parties are aware of relevant information.
- Quotes and costing development: learning products to successfully complete quotations for customers. Developing a quotation within the ERP system to successfully provide pricing, lead time, and required materials are reflected. Utilizing drawings, BOM and internal resources.
- Order processing: ERP order entry, job entry, quotation entry, etc.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Order entry, system administration
- General office administration
- Commercial support including but not limited to communication, costings and customer service.
- Act as a resource for all sales related communications internally and externally.
- Manage Sales inbox and telephone requirements.
- Attend necessary weekly/monthly internal meetings to update team.
- Project reporting as required.
- Work directly with team to understand company capabilities and limitations.

**REMUNERATION**
- Full time, permanent position, based on 40 hours per week.
- Competitive salary based on experience
- 2 weeks vacation
- Benefit plan following probationary period

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficiency with MS Office, including but not limited to MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Post secondary diploma with 3-5 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years sales experience considered an asset

**START DATE**

Immediate availability.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
