Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Steeles Avenue W and Norfinch Dr

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour (depending on experience)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and provide support.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.

Must be able to commute to the designated location at Steeles Avenue W and Norfinch Dr.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
