Field Supervisor

Reporting to the Field Manager, the Field Supervisor is committed to service delivery excellence and is responsible for the Supervision of all field staff working in parking enforcement. As a team lead, you will train staff, delegate tasks, as well as be an active member of the team. You will support the management of the team, and all routine operations safely, securely, and efficiently. You will be responsible for setting an example in the workplace and acting in accordance with Concord Parking policies and principles.

**You will be a great fit if you are**:

- Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
- Experienced in the parking industry and supervision (minimum 1-year supervisory experience)
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Class 5 driver with a clean driver abstract
- IT literate and confident with using technology Excel and MS Office suite
- Experienced in customer service in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Confident in conflict resolution
- Customer-focused with the professional and polished demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
- Excited to join a professional team with strong organizational values & advancement opportunities
