**Field Supervisor - Restaurant Decoration**

**Overview**:
Join our team as a Field Supervisor and play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering successful construction projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and project management.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the decoration of new restaurant and other store projects.

2.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress periodically, ensure that all new restaurants are opened on-time, and the cost is within budget.

3.Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverable.

4.Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
5.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations accordingly the regulations of local government;
6.Provide project updates to management team and related stakeholders per requirement;
7.Be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution;
8.Manage the relationship with the landlord and all stakeholders；Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;

10.Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor’s degree, proven over 5 year’s working experience as a Project Supervisor;
2.Knowledge of design principles will be plus;
3.Excellent communication skills, proficient at negotiating and problem-solving;
4.Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks;
5.Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in project completion at all times;
