- Support clinic operations, including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and care coordination.

**Job Posting: Patient Coordinator - Medical Dermatology Clinic**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in **Accuro EMR**.
- Process and reconcile **OHIP billing** and other third-party billing accurately and on time.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional support.
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and staff.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a **medical office or dermatology clinic** setting.
- Proficiency with **Accuro EMR** and strong understanding of **OHIP billing procedures**.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
- Knowledge of dermatology terminology and procedures (asset but not required).
