In quality assurance, you verify that requirements are tested and validated, ensuring systems are reliable, intuitive, and beneficial for staff. Working alongside developers, you help create a seamless user experience that meets all specifications and expectations.

- **Define Requirements for Business Solutions**: Lead system acquisition activities, evaluate software options, and define requirements that increase productivity across our residences and corporate offices.
- **Champion Quality Assurance**: Develop and execute detailed test plans, from unit tests to user acceptance, to ensure systems meet both business and functional requirements. Your solutions empower our team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly service across Chartwell’s operations.
- **Support Operational Excellence**: Focus on refining business processes to ensure solutions are efficient, adaptable, and scalable, ultimately enabling staff to deliver the best possible experience for residents.

**Who You Are**
- **Education**: You hold a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Technical Skills**: You are proficient with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel and Visio, and familiar with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Yardi, Power BI, UiPath, SAP, and Power Automate within M365. You are eager to explore AI-driven tools and automation platforms to improve testing coverage and streamline processes. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks is preferred, with professional development opportunities available.
- **Communication & Problem Solving**: You possess strong communication skills and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are skilled at breaking down complex requirements into actionable plans and are driven by a commitment to continuous improvement.
