Business Systems Analyst:
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Survey Tip: May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
- Primary job duties are (for internal, not for job posting)
- Support senior business system analyst to cover Hyve's sales operation IT functions
- Support customer PO tracking
- Support sales order entry enhancement
- Support invoice on POD enhancement
- Support inter-co sales order automation including drop ship and custom stop
- Support both rack orders and loose orders
- Support invoicing and invoice rebill
- Job responsibility for job posting
- Support TD Synnex ERP IT function's continue improvement and new requirement delivery
- Support TD Synnex operation required report requirements and data analysis
- Provide daytime operation support for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistic or Management Information System, master degree is preferred or
- Minimum 1-2 year working experiences in software development, system analysis or data analysis
- Experiences on ERP development, specific on supply chain or manufacturing IT systems, is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
