**Job title**: Tech Sales Manager
**Job Location**: Surrey, BC

**Hours of work**: Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
**Annual salary**: $60,000 - 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
**What you’ll do**
**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in business, a related field, or a combination of education and practical sales experience.
- An engineering degree is considered an asset.
- A high-level understanding of electrical building codes and Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems is required.
- Ability to read site plans and determine what is needed from Reliance’s product offering.
- Previous involvement in the sales of construction and industrial equipment. The comfort of answering questions on installing outdoor products into concrete is an asset.
- Minimum three years of direct experience in sales.
- Professional and approachable demeanour.
- Personal qualities include integrity, creativity, high standards, commitment, ethical values, and achievement orientation.
- Proficiency in ERP use, development, and maintenance.
- Ability to convey technical information.
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and implementation skills.
- Capability to transform abstract instructions into concrete plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and customers.
- Effective presentation, writing, and verbal communication abilities.
- Skill in creating realistic schedules and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Confidence in decision-making, project management, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with financial reports, budgeting, and project expenditures.
- Previous experience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP is an asset.
- Previous experience working in Inventor or Solid Works is an asset.
- High-level critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
- Ability to manage overlapping projects and see them through to completion.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
