**Job Posting**: Homecare Coordinator/Sales Representative (Part-Time)

**Location**: White Rock, South Surrey, Langley, and South Delta, BC

**Hours**: Part-Time (15-30 hours per week, with potential to grow)

Home Instead White Rock has been proudly serving the community for 25 years, providing exceptional home care services for seniors. We are the most decorated home care service in the region, offering peace of mind and a trusted partnership for families.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Homecare Coordinator/Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will focus on building strong relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, doctors, and physiotherapists within our service territory to grow our referral network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at hospitals, including Peace Arch Hospital, Surrey Memorial, Langley Memorial, and Delta Auxiliary.
- Develop connections with senior homes, retirement communities, and assisted living facilities in the area.
- Establish strong partnerships with local doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new referral opportunities to grow our client base.
- Represent Home Instead White Rock in a professional and compassionate manner at networking events and community activities.
- Provide education about our services to potential referral partners and their staff.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or relationship-building roles, preferably in healthcare or senior services.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the White Rock, Surrey, Langley, and Delta areas.
- Previous experience or connections with Peace Arch Hospital and Surrey Memorial Hospital is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
- Working with computer to manage lead management process.
