**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media Coordinator to help document and share the story of our work through engaging, high-quality content. From photographing finished projects to managing our online presence, this role is critical in showcasing our brand, attracting new clients, and celebrating our work.

**Responsibilities**
- Capture and edit high-quality photos of completed projects (landscapes, stonework, outdoor spas)
- Coordinate project photoshoots with the crew and/or clients
- Organize and archive photo and video content in Google Drive
- Use drone footage (provided by internal team) to create short project videos
- Create and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts using Canva or similar tools
- Write clear, engaging captions and highlight project features and team moments
- Update and maintain our visual portfolio for future website use
- Support seasonal campaigns or special content (e.g., company BBQs, community bike rides, hiring posts, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Background or training in photography, media, marketing, or related field (formal or informal)
- Comfortable working with DSLR camera, basic photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom), and Canva
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Instagram/Facebook for Business
- Organized, self-motivated, and excited about showcasing physical trades through digital media
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Drone or video editing skills are a bonus but not required
- Access to your own DSLR camera is a bonus but not required

You might be a photographer, content creator, or digital media student looking to expand your portfolio with meaningful work and you understand how to make great work stand out through clean, thoughtful photography.
