Spirit School is an International School of Spiritual Studies. We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various marketing initiatives. Our founder and team have grown the Squamish Medium and Spirit School brand to be recognized as one of the premier educators in the world in the Indigenous Art of Spirit Speaking. With hundreds of thousands of followers around the globe you will be an integral part of evolving and growing the brand. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in marketing while working in a collaborative environment. You can work in our amazing waterfront in Squamish, hybrid or fully remote

Responsibilities include

Podcasts: work with Founder to create episodes for her internationally acclaimed podcast. Research trends & topics, set up, questions, transcript, blog post, and socials

Blogs: research trends & topics, outline, blog writing (or contributing), and social posts

Social media: Help manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content and responding to comments or inquiries. Creating facebook and instagram ad campaigns will be needed

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Support the Founder in day-to-day administrative tasks, including website updates, data entry, organizing files, and coordinating meetings.

Experience and Skills:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, or Canva, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising is preferred but not required.
