**Position we are hiring for**:Coordinator - Document Control

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and update technical and program documents
- File documents in digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Periodically, train employees on records management procedures and policies
- Assist with file migrations and audits
- Maintain Document revision control
- Management of SharePoint
- Ensure documents are within branding guidelines
- Archive old/obsolete documents and ensure distribution of updated revisions

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience document control role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly proficient in MS Office and SharePoint

**Salary**: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
