**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
- Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
- Facilitate communication between students and teachers, ensuring that all students feel included and supported.
- Participate in classroom management to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Engage with students during lessons, encouraging participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assist in implementing educational programs that align with curriculum standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with classroom dynamics and tutoring practices is beneficial.
- Strong writing skills to assist with lesson plans and educational materials.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development.
