We are seeking a certified teacher with a passion for education, neurodiversity, and student development to join our team as a casual tutor. If you enjoy working one-on-one with students and have a flexible schedule, this opportunity is for you

**Job Summary**:
As a casual tutor, you will provide personalized, curriculum-based tutoring to students of various grade levels, but with a focus in high school +/- French immersion. You will work closely with students to identify their learning needs, reinforce classroom learning, and help build their confidence and skills. This is a flexible, casual role that allows you to work with students on your own schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to the student’s needs.
- Assist students in understanding and mastering classroom content.
- Utilize different teaching strategies and materials to enhance learning.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and school staff, if needed.
- Provide a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified teacher with valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
- Ability to communicate and teach in French considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about education.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 8 per week
