They are able to drive innovation within existing and new business opportunities.

**We are seeking an Evolver in Influencer Marketing**. Someone who is first a strategist, but sees the world through Influencer-colored glasses. Someone deeply versed in the space and has trudged through the trenches of influencer strategy and campaign development, execution, and influencer relations management. Someone who can see and realize the future of
- Influencer. We need someone who is obsessed with uncovering all Influencer can offer to brands and businesses, particularly in the health space. A leader of a pack of culture-junkies who’d find it unnatural to segregate the lives they live from the work they do-because Influencer is all around them. Someone who speaks the “language” of Influencer and can effortlessly translate it into business impact to excite and persuade clients to buy what we’re selling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visioning for the Influencer offering and how to craft a persuasive narrative around it
- Identifying, advocating and steering the operational processes/capabilities needed to deliver cutting-edge influencer work at scale
- Leading and/or participating in new business pitches
- Increasing Influencer volume of work via net new or organic business growth
- Guidance around how to integrate Influencer within the larger Strategy department, in the context of agency dynamics and the team vision
- Mentorship for a team of influencer marketers
- Contribution as a thought leader to the larger Strategy department and external marketplace; development and deployment of new philosophies and frameworks
- Socialization and “selling” among the organization’s top leaders
