We have a hybrid, fast-paced growth environment with a clear mission to turn data, systems, and AI into GTM leverage.OverviewWe’re hiring a Vice President of GTM Strategy and Operations to architect and lead our GTM Strategy and RevOps function. You will design and scale the strategies, systems, and insights that power our growth engine. You will report to the President and partner closely with GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.LocationThis role is hybrid, with in-person time at our Toronto office about 2–3 times per month and during company kickoffs.What You’ll Be DoingFoundation buildingStandardize GTM processes and playbooks across Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessDefine handoffs, cadences, and accountability measures that scaleBuild the data architecture needed for visibility, automation, and AI adoptionData & insightsOwn revenue data strategy and governanceDeliver dashboards and insights that drive smarter GTM decisions, retention, and expansionBuild forecasting models that improve predictability and inform capital allocationOwn the RevTech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Catalyst, Gong, etc.)Introduce scalable AI workflows to boost productivity, personalization, and decision-makingEnsure systems are integrated, user-friendly, widely adopted, and delivering leverage to GTM teamsPerformance & productivityTrack and optimize funnel performance, rep productivity, and lifecycle metricsDefine and monitor benchmarks for ARR per FTE to drive continuous improvementDevelop and scale playbooks and enablement programs that lift individual and team performanceLeadership & alignmentPartner with GTM leaders to align on strategy, goals, and operating rhythmBuild and lead a high-performing RevOps team with a culture of accountability, agility, and innovationAct as the strategic glue between Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessDrive execution of mission-critical cross-functional initiativesWhat You Offer Blue J10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales or Marketing Ops, or GTM leadership in SaaSProven track record improving productivity and outcomes like ARR per FTE, CAC payback, NRR, and GRRDeep knowledge of CRM and RevTech ecosystemsExperience rolling AI and automation into GTM motionsStrong leadership, alignment, and influence skills in fast-moving scale-up environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeDriving toward world-class efficiency benchmarks (approaching $1M ARR per FTE)Forecast accuracy within ±5%Stronger funnel conversion and shorter sales cyclesGTM teams operating with clarity, confidence, and real leverage from data and AIWhat We Offer YouA rare opportunity to turn data, systems, and AI into real GTM leverage and see the impact fast.A mission-driven culture where your work directly advances clarity, efficiency, and accessibility in tax research.Competitive base salary, stock options, and benefits designed to support you and your family.Flexibility in how you work: primarily remote, with 2–3 in-office days per month plus company kickoffs.A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team that values innovation, respect, and fun.The excitement of a fast-growing, well-funded company with clear momentum, and the resources to back bold initiatives.The Core Values that Define Our CultureWe are customer-focusedWe put the team interest before self-interestWe are pleasant and playfulWe are open to better ideasWe solve the toughest problemsWhat To Expect In The Interview ProcessWe anticipate a high volume of applicants for this role and are excited to grow our team.
