**Overview**:
The Order Picker is responsible for picking products for outgoing shipment. They will also be cross-trained for a Shipper position. This role includes picking orders to be shipped, documentation, loading, packaging, and clear communication with your team, drivers, and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and verify parts according to packing slip.
- Determine picking order according to customer ship date and courier pick-up.
- Confirm any outstanding shipments on order number list.
- Use Kinetic ERP to check inventory, generate packing slips, print labels and transfer parts.
- Operate forklift to move skids and load trucks.
- General housekeeping of department.
- Complete associated paperwork.
- Assume shipping and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an order picker or similar role.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to use operate forklift, parts picker, and electric pallet jack.
- Fall Protection and Forklift certifications (training is provided).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.

**Drug and Alcohol Testing**:CVS Controls is committed to maintaining a safe and drug free work environment. Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is a mandatory requirement for all prospective employees.

**Wage**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 5PM. This position is full-time and permanent. Some overtime is required.
