**Position Details**
- Student Enrolment and Registrar Services at the University of Lethbridge is looking for an exceptional person to join our student-centered team in an exciting full-time continuing position We are looking for our next amazing colleague to join us as our Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Registrar & Executive Director SEM you role will be a critical component in supporting leadership colleagues and their teams in achieving success.- The Operations Coordinator supports the Registrar and ED with monthly budget reporting and handling financial transactions within and externally to the University. This position liaises with Human Resources to support all leaders in SEARS with the on boarding and orientating of colleagues to the organization. You will coordinate with all team members to ensure that the office has the supplies and tools needed to provide exceptional service to students and other community members. Our Operations Coordinator is a key contact for other departments in the University including Facilities, Library, Conference and Events Services, Food Services, Campus Mobility, Campus Safety and more You will support the Registrar & ED with administrative support for committees including agendas and minutes.-

- $4,452.00 - $4,976.00 monthly

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,452.00 - $5,499.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 9)
