Overview:
Adastra corporation is hiring As Canada’s leading Data and AI company, we are looking for a strong junior to intermediate Operation Analyst to join our team.

**Location**: Hybrid (1 Day/week Onsite)

**Work hours per day**:7.5

**Status**: Contract

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer SharePoint site privileges
- Take responsibility for the administration of the server monitoring system using Idera Uptime, ensuring optimal server performance and addressing any issues or alerts
- Administer Mainframe servers, focusing on datasets and privileges. Familiarity with ISPF-specific commands and z/OS user interface is required.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) and management to establish and configure file CRDS transfers as part of various ETL jobs. Maintain close communication with technical personnel and management, liaising with the CRDS team for new requests, troubleshooting file transfers, and addressing related issues
- Monitor Autosys jobs during working hours and collaborate with offshore support teams to resolve any job-related issues
- Execute monthly offline processes based on SAS jobs, ensuring accurate and timely completion
- Provide support to the team by assisting with software installations on virtual machines (VMs) and handling various requests through the ServiceNow platform.
- Administer Lotus Notes group profiles.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience as an Operation Analyst, Systems Administrator, or in a similar role
- Able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions efficiently
- Collaborate and seek support from other team members when needed
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
