Holmes Education Group is looking for a dynamic teacher and co-ordinator to assist in managing our Diploma and Co-op programs at Holmes Institute Canada.

Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will be tasked with co-ordinating the smooth running of the programs, providing a superior academic and experiential service to our prospective and current students and internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-teaching on the Diploma in Hospitality Operations Co-Op program.
- Working with local and international student recruitment partners to promote the current programs (in conjunction with the global sales team).
- Managing and monitoring students on the work placement period of the Co-Op
- Ensuring data and reports are prepared for the Program Board.
- Collating material and preparing for the revalidation process.
- Ensuring that our business in Canada continues to innovate and grow through the provision of new products and routes to study in Canada.
- **Organised and Meticulous**:You will be confident in managing (and ensuring other team members manage) a student caseload, utilizing the most modern teaching techniques to keep our students engaged and satisfied.
- **Leadership Skills**:The ongoing motivation and development of the team is a key aspect of this role - you will be a champion for our Canada activities throughout our Group.
- **Industry Knowledge**: You will be an experienced and highly-regarded professional, ideally with experience of dealing with international students, understanding their differing cultural perspectives and their modes of knowledge acquisition.
- **Service Oriented**: You respond quickly and accurately to a range of enquiries from colleagues and customers alike.
- **Digital Skills**: You will need to use the technology available to stay on top of the student pipeline.

This role is based full-time in our Toronto location, on Jarvis St. Home/remote working is not available with this position. There is no expectation of regular international travel, although some domestic travel will be required from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma Minimum
- 3 years Work Experience in the Hospitality Industry
- 1 Year Teaching Experience Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
