**Purpose**:
The Program Coordinator provides administrative support and coordinates all aspects for the Arts and Media Administration Specialization Program within the MBA, the Arts and Media Administration Graduate Diploma, the MBA/MFA and MBA/MA degree programs at the Schulich School of Business. As the first point of contact, the Program Coordinator disseminates program information, internally and externally, support program related recruiting, advisors and support students and alumni in coordination with the ARTM Program Director. This position provides administrative/secretarial support for the ARTM, MBA/MFA, MBA/MA Program Director, the Bell Media Professor in Media Management, part time faculty, and the Arts, Media and Entertainment Advisory Board. The program coordinator is responsible for program event coordination, budgeting, database, website and social media platforms.
**Education**:
College diploma in Applied Arts and Technology or an equivalent of 2 years recent experience (defined as within the last three years) working at York University and performing the same or similar tasks. This education equivalency is in addition to the experiential requirements outlined below.
**Experience**:
Three (3) years' directly related work experience in the fields of Arts and Entertainment and/or not-for-profit organization.
**Skills**:
Accurate typing and data entry skills. good written communications, high level of customer service including tact and diplomacy. excellent attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. excellent attendance and punctuality essential.
**Additional Notes**:
