Heartwood Renovations is an award winning, full-service general contracting company that prides itself in completing high-end, high-quality home renovation projects for our clients. We specialize in full home renovations, kitchens, structural renovations, and additions.

We are seeking a Working Site Supervisor.

At Heartwood Renovations, the Working Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day hands-on activities on project jobsites ensuring quality and safety. In addition to strong customer service skills, the Working Site Supervisor is an effective leader in coordinating the daily activities on site for Heartwood crews and sub-trades, and works closely with the Project Managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. This includes reviewing site plans and project schedules to ensure efficiency and communicating through the duration of the project with key stakeholders including Project Managers, team members, sub-trades, clients etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for producing jobsite safety boards
- Will be expected to be on the tools
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the project jobsite to ensure duties are being carried out in accordance with the project proposal
- Delegate daily duties and responsibilities among crew members
- Prepare and review daily logs regarding project status to keep all stakeholders aware of the progress
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site and ensure proper safety compliance
- Identify and resolve risks or issues on site and ensure effective resolutions that meet the needs of all parties involved
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for the project
- Determine and allocate resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout each project
- Ensure quantity take-offs are accurate
- Update and maintain BuilderTrend schedule alongside Project Managers
- Communicate daily check-ins with all crew members to ensure all required materials and equipment are on site
- Provide in-depth training and communicate company standards to new jobsite team members
- Manage trades on site to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the project to ensure the company’s high-quality standards
- Work effectively with the team to effectively bring the project aspirations to fruition, on time, and on budget

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
