Coventry North is looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Job Duties:

- Process all inbound/outbound parts shipments; follow up on pending orders special and parts
- Ensure that files containing work orders, invoices, insurance estimates and specially ordered parts are organized
- Organize orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup.
- Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records by counting, weighing, or measuring items both in and outgoing shipments
- Review body shop estimates to ensure that parts ordered are correct and ensure that prices match
- Notify Parts Manager when items are out of stock and shop equipment needs immediate attention
- Put away daily and weekly stock orders.
- General maintenance of entire stockroom.
- Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times.
- Other duties as required
- Strong organizational, customer service and sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license preferred and a clean driver’s abstract
- Pleasant, professional demeanor with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure with the ability to diffuse tense situations
- Strong problem solving skills & strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
