**Job Summary**:To perform all fabricating related tasks at both Hydroform Solutions and Hydroform Coatings

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Basic understanding of English (oral and written)
- Minimum 6 months of fabricating work experience
- Must be physically capable of performing work required
- Must be willing to perform tasks that are of reasonable request by Supervisor/ Manager
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and draw from experience to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a Team Player
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Support Quality System, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System requirements
- Ensure that all duties and tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and at no time is the employee or their co-workers placed in an unsafe condition

**Essential Functions**:

- Help to find things in Tool crib that are required for the job
- Be a second set of hands
- Help to clean up and tidy things up after job is nearly complete, such as securing wire and hoses with zip ties
- Label in Tool crib
- Create maintenance procedures based on lessons learned on floor
- Fix air leaks, either by tightening clamps or replacing hoses.
- Check bollards and fencing for play, tightening down bolts.
- Paint guarding and machinery
- Clean equipment, renew various signage around the plant
- Perform oil checks
- Maintain inventory of spares with the help of Maintenance Supervisor/ Manager
- Close out work orders in E-maintenance
- Add new assets in E-maintenance and work with Maintenance personnel preparing new set of critical spares
- Participate in Continuous Improvement ideas and 1x1 problem solving
- Follow work instructions and provide ideas and recommendations on dies development and improve related

processes
- Ensure all lock-out/tag out procedures are being followed at all times
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned projects
- Follow company policies on Health, Safety & Environment and PPE requirements
- Responsible to maintain good housekeeping on work area and equipment/ machines at all times
- Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives on all aspects of the job

**Working Environment**:

- 100% plant floor (PPE required)

**Physical Demands**:

- Require communication with employees, peers and management
- Lifting and pushing as needed

**Health, Safety and Environmental Responsibilities**
- Must work in accordance with health and safety regulations, company rules, plant rules, policies and procedures
- Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or certain clothing as required by the company.
- All employees are prohibited from walking under a suspended hoist, cranes, or forklifts.
- All employees must follow all LOTO procedures
- Comply with all environmental requirements including our recycling program.
