**Job Objective**

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. Your extensive experience and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding our company's reputation for quality and professionalism.

**Status**

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the District Manager and other departments to create a positive and productive store environment. Your expertise and strategic insights will be invaluable in guiding the team towards success.

**Job Overview and Responsibilities**

- Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the sales team.

**Job Requirements**

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Retail Assistant Manager position.
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
