Providing prompt and courteous service to customers is essential to maximize sales and customer service, all in alignment with our company's image of quality and professionalism. **Status** - You will report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with the District Manager and other resource departments. - Your active participation is integral to creating a healthy and pleasant atmosphere within the store. - Supporting the manager in supervising salespeople and all other employees essential to the efficient operation of the store is a key part of your role. **Job Overview and Responsibilities** - Providing total customer service and exceeding sales objectives. - Assisting store management in developing the sales team. - Ensuring the visual presentation aligns with ALDO Group corporate standards. - Managing inventory and maintaining backroom standards. - Ensuring adherence to all loss prevention and security policies, as well as credit policies and procedures. - Controlling operating costs. - Demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments. - Supporting the Store Manager in all essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store. **Job Requirements** To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail Assistant Manager position. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Effective training skills.
