Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with painting, maintenance, and general labor duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with projects by carrying materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare areas for the main painter (sanding, tape off areas, lay drop cloths, etc.)
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, and repairing
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles
- Support other team members in completing tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's license and the ability to arrive at job sites independently
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
