**Urban Customz** is a retail print shop offering a curated gallery of canvas art and custom apparel, providing customers with the opportunity to create unique pieces to express their personal aesthetics

We are seeking **Retail Sales Representatives** that are able to:

- Greet customers in a timely manner and providing information about our company, products and services
- Address customer requests with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Create top-of-the-line graphics and designs as per customer requests
- Operate design software, as well as vinyl-cutting and heat-pressing appliances
- Collaborate with team members, and personal-initiative, to fulfill job requirements including maintaining cleanliness and organization

Minimum Requirements:

- Previous customer service, sales, and/or graphic design experience
- Available for up to 40 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing excellence
- Excel in fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Self-initiative with strong work ethic
- Strong reading, writing, verbal and arithmetic skills
- MUST have basic computer literacy
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other software is a plus
- Experience with vinyl cutting and heat pressing is a plus

Position Details:
Start Date: Immediately

Location: Fairview Park Mall

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Sales/ Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kitchener, ON N2C 1X1 (preferred)
