We are looking to fill a permanent position for **Retail Sales Representative** at our Richelieu - Neos Gordonply distribution office.

**Position Overview**:
Neos-Gordonply, a division of Richelieu Hardware Ltd, is seeking a sales professional dedicated to a career in the retail wood panel industry. Your role will consist of being responsible for all sales activities and management of customer accounts within a set territory. The successful applicant will establish and manage excellent client relationships that will generate sales growth while developing new clients to achieve further results.

**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:

- Business development and sales growth of our board, décor panels, and plywood products.
- Able to provide our retail customers with innovative products and solutions to support their business needs.
- In-person customer meetings will be required.
- Able to work collaboratively with our Richelieu team.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Great computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Being organized, autonomous and resourceful.
- Goal oriented.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Mix-role that will require travel and in-person customer meetings across the territory.
- Own vehicle and personal computer & tablet required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales. (Industry experience would be an asset.)
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create business relationship.
