Role Overview

We’re seeking a **hands-on Property Manager** to oversee daily operations and ensure every home meets our high hospitality standards and is ready to wow our guests. You’ll balance guest care, homeowner relations, and property inspections—delivering the Elk & Owl touch every time.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with guests and homeowners.
- Respond quickly to needs and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Inspect homes pre-arrival to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Co-ordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely turn overs
- Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies.
- Identify and escalate maintenance needs; handle light troubleshooting.
- Support after-hours guest issues as required.
- Assist with office calls and guest inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years in vacation rental, hotel, or property management a must
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Acute sense of urgency with excellent time management
- Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
- Comfortable with digital tools (AI, Google Workspace, STR software)
- Analytical thinker and problem solver

Compensation & Perks
- **Salary**: $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience
