**About Marine Vista Homes**

Marine Vista Homes is a premium short-term rental and property management company based in West Vancouver. We manage high-end furnished properties and offer exceptional services to both homeowners and guests. We are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage daily guest check-ins, check-outs, and booking schedules across various platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
- Track and report on daily operations, including housekeeping coordination and maintenance updates
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of each property’s unique features, rules, and service needs
- Support the operations and sales teams by documenting processes and flagging urgent issues
- Proactively follow up on client needs and resolve issues with professionalism and care

**Qualifications**
- 1+ year experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with scheduling tools, messaging platforms, Excel/Google Sheets
- Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: CAD $42,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
