310-DUMP is looking for a strong and experienced **Sales Center Supervisor** with previous practical experience managing Sales team. This individual will be responsible for executing sales plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

**Responsibilities for this Role**:

- Implement sales plan for all company temporary services;
- Lead, coach our inside sales team
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the inside sales team
- Achieve growth and hit annual sales budget by successfully managing the sales team;
- Promote sales to existing clients via cold calling and existing client relationship management;
- Deliver strong customer service;
- Assists with plans and strategies for growth in the assigned segment
- Contributes to the development of training and educational programs for Sales Team

**Your Qualifications**:

- 5+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
