Customer Service Representative

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work as part of our busy Customer Service Team with key responsibilities for providing a customer contact point for order placement, inquiries, expedites, complaints and quotations. Key tasks include:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Order expediting and order tracking - Analyze multiple reports and research production history through systems such as VIS and POP in order to determine status of customer orders. (20%)
- Quote - obtain, analyze, compile and record data received from multiple sources. Review customer prints and determine requirements from CAD file. Calculate pricing based on information received from operations and through the use of standard practices. (20%)
- Credits/Debits/Returns - Process customer complains, returns or credits and debits as required through analysis and research of financial or quality issues using system documentation and customer information. (20%)
- Order Entry - Process customer purchase orders as per customer requirements outlined on their document. Verify pricing, quantity and delivery instructions. (20%)

**Reasoning Ability**

**Mathematical Skills**
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Basic algebra and geometry.

**Language Skills**
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Bilingual in French would be an asset.

**EDUCATION REQUIRED**:

- Business Administration diploma

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience
