**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Prepare reports detailing daily activities, revenue, and occupancy statistics.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is essential.
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are required to provide outstanding customer service.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
