**Job Title: Store Manager - La Fraise Rose**

**Location**: Vancouver, BC
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (30 hours per week)
**Salary**: $25/hr + Valentine's Day bonus + Product discounts

La Fraise Rose is a growing business specializing in chocolate-dipped strawberries and stunning floral arrangements. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our customers and are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train, and lead a small team of employees
- Create staff schedules and review employee performance regularly
- Oversee the daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service
- Manage weekly inventory shopping and flower buying
- Design and create chocolate strawberry arrangements and flower displays
- Create new recipes and menus for chocolates and confectionaries
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Process and analyze sales reports, ensuring sales targets are met
- Contribute creative ideas to help drive growth and innovation within the company
- Manage the store's budget, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with the owner on special events and promotions
- Create, design and lead new product releases
- Oversee product photoshoots

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- At least 1 year of chocolate or pastry making experience (professionally or self-taught)
- Preferred 1 year of floristry experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints with poise and professionalism
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
