JOB OVERVIEW:
Your responsibilities will include;
Serving customers:
Interacting with customers, product queries, making product suggestions, ringing customers up at the register, noting special product requests.

Store appearance:
Maintaining the general cleanliness of the store, ensuring shelves are continuously stocked, organizing excess stock in storage areas and creating an inviting experience for customers.

Liquor Service:
Serving customers in accordance with the provincial liquor laws including performing ID checks and refusing service if required. Serving it Right Certificate is required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Aged 19+
Serving It Right Certification
Good communication skills.
Strong customer service skills to provide patrons with a great experience.
Confidence in processing cash and card payments.
Ability to lift ~50lbs (approximate weight of box of wine etc.)
Able to work evenings and weekends

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Previous retail or hospitality experience
Knowledge of products (wine, beer, spirits)
Driving License
