Based in Montreal and reporting to the Director of Operations, here are the main responsibilities of your new position as Property Coordinator:

  • Respond to service requests.
  • Assign work orders to Building Technicians and follow up on them.
  • Ensure good communication between the Technician and the Property Manager.
  • Ensure proper deployment of Technicians to buildings.
  • Ensure tenant files in Yardi are complete and up to date.
  • Respond to various tenant requests.
  • Send various letters and communications.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Process invoices.
  • Manage security permits and incident reports.
  • Manage service contracts as requested by Property Managers.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on tenant satisfaction surveys.
  • Supervise overdue rent collection in collaboration with the Property Manager.
  • Assume responsibility for Junior Property Coordinators during their absence.
  • Provide training and mentoring to Junior Property Coordinators.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**

  • College diploma in office administration.
  • CPM or FMP certification (an asset).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position, particularly in real estate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
